Your Home Builders Association of Jackson membership is your chance to market your business to around 500 other Metro Jackson businesses in the construction industry. That includes: residential home builders, land developers, specialty contractors, product suppliers, and business service providers.
The best way to utilize your HBAJ membership is to be active! By participating in meetings, events, committees, councils, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, you will get the most out of your membership. Your company can only benefit from your membership if other members know about you.
Top 5 Networking Tips:
- Be visible. Get your name out to the membership.
- Focus on getting to know other members.
- Think “How can my business help this person?”
- Sponsor an event to not only get your company’s name seen but to also show clients and potential clients you appreciate them.

These are the top businesses that market their businesses with us and spend $10,000 per year or more. Foundation Partners receive upgraded sponsorship levels and promotion opportunities all year.
Event Sponsorships:
Monthly Membership Meetings, The Home Show, Reeves/Thomas Draw Down & Crawfish Boil, Spring & Fall Parade of Homes, Golf Outings, Wade Quin Skeet & Trap Shoot, Installation of Officers and Awards Meeting, etc.
Gold Key Club Membership:
Club members’ name appears: on signage at Membership meetings held throughout the year, in the Punchlist bi-weekly newsletter and in the Metro Home Builders magazine 3 times per year.
Board of Directors Meetings:
The HBAJ Board of Directors meets monthly and has 30+ members including both builders and associates. The sponsor of each meeting receives their company name or logo on a notice sent to all Board members, company name on projection screen at meeting, company name on cover sheet of Board Meeting information packet.
